We have started planning a new and important project at Marneuli College.
Representatives of the College met with:
Levan Gogolauri — Head of the Kvemo Kartli branch of the “Youth and Veterans for National Defense and Security” association
Tamaz Akhsiashvili — Senior Specialist of Training and Monitoring at the organization, Lieutenant Colonel in Reserve.
The meeting was also attended by Irakli Gomelauri — a veteran, recipient of the Vakhtang Gorgasali Order, and Director of Marneuli College.
The main purpose of the meeting was to plan a new initiative aimed at providing students with knowledge and skills that, when necessary, can be useful to them, their families, and the people around them.
Knowing how to act correctly in an emergency, how to ensure your own safety and the safety of others, and how to find solutions in difficult situations — these are essential skills that are important for everyone to possess.
We believe that implementing initiatives of this kind is part of our social and civic responsibility as an educational institution.
We have started working on a project that will help people when it matters most and will also be important for our country.
